IonPac AS11 阴离子 交 换 分 离 柱 用 NaOH或KOH做 淋 洗 液 ,用 于 无 机 阴 离 子 和有机酸阴离子的快速分离,包括:无机阴离子;一价,二价,三价脂肪酸;Kreb’s循环酸;高电荷阴离子,如多聚磷酸盐,多聚硫酸盐,多聚碳酸盐;疏水性离子如I-,SCN-,S2O32-和ClO4-;核苷酸。有机溶剂可匹配性方便阴离子交换选择性的控制,以及复杂基质分析后的清洗。可用IonPac AG11作浓缩柱。作梯度淋洗时,在泵和进样阀之间连接一支阴离子捕获柱以除去来自淋洗液中污染的阴离子。用EG40淋洗液发生器。IonPac AS11和高容量柱AS11-HC均有4mm标准孔柱和2-mm微孔柱。
